Northwest Short Line (NWSL) provides fine

model making, miniatures and crafts, architectural model making, hobby work,

Started in Seattle Washington, U.S.A., NWSL has been meeting the needs of small
scale modelers with quality products and service for over 50 years. That tradition
continues today from our new location in Hamilton, Montana. We've moved the entire operation
from Seattle (took 6 trucks!) including all the machinery, and NWSL continues to produce
its products right here from our own shops.

Hello from Dave and Lynda Rygmyr, the new owners of NSWL. We're pleased to
continue the NWSL tradition and are doing what we can to get all products back on line.
What are we working on? Replacement gears for the Bachmann HO scale 80-ton Shay. An HOn3 conversion wheelset
for Bachmann's 70 ton diesel, to accompany Steve Hauff's article in Railroad Model Craftsman magazine. We're also
working on an upgraded gearset for Bachmann's HO Climax...stay tuned for details. Finally, July should see the
release of our newest generation of HO scale power trucks, designed to replace the stalwart PDT.
